Roles and Responsibilities
The Research Advisory Board is responsible for:
  1. Quality Assurance: Ensuring the highest standards of research quality, integrity, and ethics.
  2. Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing research strategies aligned with the Institute’s mission and goals.
  3. Research Partnerships: Fostering collaborations with government agencies, development partners, and donor agencies to advance research and knowledge sharing.
  4. Research Guidance: Providing expert guidance and support to researchers and students.
  5. Policy Development: Informing and shaping research policies and procedures.
Meetings and Decisions
The Research Advisory Board meets quarterly to discuss research progress, strategic planning, and partnerships. Decisions are made through consensus or majority vote.
Term of Office
Members serve a five-year term, renewable once.
Secretariat
The Secretariat is responsible for providing administrative support to the Research Advisory Board.
